Sweet Potato Milk Pudding

Ingredients: For 4 servings
7oz Sweet Potato
1 cup Milk
2 Egg
2 oz. Sugar
2 oz. Fresh Cream

Caramel Sauce
2 oz. Sugar
3 tbsp. Water


1. Put sugar and water (1.5 tbsp.) into a heat-resistant container heat in a microwave for 3 minutes to make caramel sauce.
2. When it brown, add water (1.5 tbsp.) and mix well.
3. Apply butter in a pudding cup and put a bit of caramel sauce in it.
4. Sprinkle water on sweet potato and wrap, then heat for 4 minutes in a microwave. Then puree while it is hot.
5. Put sweet potato (Step4.), beaten egg, fresh cream in a bowl and mix together. Add milk little by little and mix well, then strain it. Pour mixture into a pudding cup.
6. Heat oven to 300F, place cups in a baking pan with hot water and bake for 40 minutes.
