Stir-fried Beef with Spring Vegetables

Ingredients: For 4 servings
0.5 lb. Thin sliced Beef
1/4 Spring Cabbage
2 oz. boiled Bamboo Shoot
5 Asparagus
2 Green Onion
2 tbsp. Chopped Ginger
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 tbsp. Cooking Sake
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Mirin
2 tbsp. Olive Oil


1. Cut beef into bite size and sprinkle 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. cooking sake.
2. Cut cabbage and bamboo shoot into bite size portions, cut off tough stem of asparagus and cut into 1" long then briefly boil. Cut green onion into 1" - 1.5" long portions.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan, stir fry ginger, green onion and beef until it is cooked. Take out beef from pan.
4. Add olive oil in a pan and add cabbage, bamboo shoot and sauté until cabbage is soften. Put beef (step3.) back in a pan and add 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2tbsp cooking sake, mirin and oyster sauce and sauté, add asparagus and mix well then enjoy!
