Sake-steamed Clams & Vegetables

Ingredients: For 4 servings
10 oz. Clam
1 cube Consomme
1 Tomato
1 tbsp. Butter
1/8 Cabbage
3 tbsp. Sake
1 Eryngi Mushroom
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
5-6 Asparagus
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Broad beans
Salt & Pepper


1. Wash the clams thoroughly.
2. Cut cabbage into bite size, cut tomato into 1” wedges and cut eryngi, asparagus into 2” length.
3. Boil broad beans and asparagus for 2 minutes.
4. Heat butter in a pan, sauté clams briefly, add water, consommé, sake vegetables and cover until clams open.
5. Sprinkle soy sauce, salt & pepper to taste then enjoy!
