Mochi Mayo Gratin

Ingredients: For 4 servings
4 pcs Mochi
2 stalks Green Onion
1 pack Shimeji Mushroom
2 tbs. White Miso Paste
6 tbs. Mayonnaise
2 tbs. Olive Oil
1 tbs. Mustard
Salt & Pepper as needed

Preparation

1. Cut mocha in half and bake them.
2. Discard base of shimeji mushroom and break up into small clusters, cut green onion into 1" portions.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté shimeji mushroom and green onion briefly, and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Arrange shimeji mushroom, onion, mocha in a heat-resistant container.
5. Mix white miso paste, mayonnaise, and mustard together. Put them over ( Step 4.), then cook in a oven toaster for 10 minutes and enjoy!
