Minestrone Soup w/ Clam

Ingredients: For 4 servings
0.6 lb. Clam
1 Tomato
1 Potato
1/2 Onion
1 Celery
1/2 Carrot
2 Ham
1 clove chopped Garlic
3 cubes Soup Stock
4 cups Water
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper as desired

Preparation

1. boil clam in a cup of water with cover. If clam opens take out from the pot.
2. Cut tomato, potato, onion, celery, carrot, and ham into 0.4" cubes.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, add potato, onion, celery, carrot, and ham and sauté well.
4. Add water, soup stock, tomato and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
5. Put salt & pepper to taste and enjoy!!
