Grilled Squid & Mushrooms in Foil

Ingredients: For 4 servings
2 Squid
1 pack Shimeji Mushroom
1 pack Enoki Mushroom
1/2 Onion
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
0.7 oz. Butter
2 tbsp. Sake
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Lemon
Salt & Pepper

Preparation

1. Peel squid and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Discard base from shimeji mushroom and enoki mushroom then rinse them and drain, slice onion thinly.
3. Tear off a sheet of foil large enough to wrap. Spread olive oil in the center of aluminum foil, put sliced onion and place squid over it, then arrange shimeji mushroom and enoki mushroom. Sprinkle salt and pepper and put butter on top of it. Fold over each side and crimp edges.
4. Put into preheated oven toaster and cook for 20 minutes or until the squid is cooked through.
5. Place foil on a plate, open up top of the foil and garnish with lemon then enjoy!!
