Fresh Salad with Chicken Strips and Okura

Ingredients: For 4 servings
4pcs. Chicken Strips
8pcs. Okura
3 tbs. Corns
1 tsp. Cooking Sake
2 tbs. Ponzu
Salt & Pepper as needed
Mayonnaise as needed
Salt as needed
Chopped parsley as needed


1. Cook chicken strips in boiling water with cooking sake and cool them slightly. Then tear them into narrow strips and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Boil okura quickly with the pinch of salt and slice into 0.1” rings. Add ponzu and beat them with cooking chopsticks till become frothy.
3. Arrange the chicken strips on a plate and add okura over it. Spoon corns on it and dress with mayonnaise.
4. Sprinkle chopped parsley and enjoy it!
