Always beloved “Chuka Soba”. The key of this popularity is its cha-shu that slowly and carefully cooked over 3 hours. Please enjoy their rich and unforgettable savor.

Secondly, “Sendai Miso Ramen” of “Sendai Takejiro” will also make their first appearance for this event.
Sendai is northern part of Japan and famous for “Sendai Miso”.
“Sendai Miso” uses 100% locally grown soy beans and rice and brings rich and strong UMAMI.
Enjoy this full-flavored, mild ramen mixed with tonkotsu soup, fish and vegetables.
