Fresh seafood that only Northern region could afford and
their specialties with fresh picked vegetables and fruits, and unique milk products
made their appearance in flocks.
First of all, "Shio Tanmen" & "Ebi Shio Butter Ramen" of “Ezofukuro”.
Their special cooking method makes full flavor of the ingredients alive.
We are sure that you were pleasantly shocked on its distinctive aroma.

Secondly, "Ramen Shingen" made their first appearance for this event with “Shio Ramen”.
The secret of soup is a blend of carefully prepared pork bones, vegetables, dried fish, and premium kelp and simmered for 4 days slow-cooking as giving full attention to heat.
And, “Shio Ramen” of “Santouka”.
Much-awaited “Ramen Santouka” now opened in our San Jose Store.

How did you like “White Taiyaki” and “Crepes” of “MJ Shokudo”?
The buzz item in Japan, “White Taiyaki”, and its airy and chewy texture was so unique!
"Curry Bread" of "Pullman Bakery" has enjoyed steadfast popularity.
Crunchy outside and airy inside of bread and tasty curry with full of potates
are perfect balance!
Also, freshly-fried “croquettes” of “Maruhiro Ota”, gained much popularity.
Especially, whole croquette series of shrimp, scallop, and salmon were sold-out so soon as
they were fried!
