Cold Noodle w/ Sesame Sauce

Ingredients: For 4 servings
4 Chuka Nodle
8 Okura
1 Tomato
6 pcs Ham
1/2 pack Bean Sprout
1 Cucumber
2 Eggs
2 tbsp. chopped Ginger
5 tbsp. White Sesame Paste
5 tbsp. White Sesame
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Mirin
3 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 tbsp. Sugar
5 tbsp. Water


1. Boil okura, bean sprout for 2-3 minutes, cut okura into thin strips. Cut ham and cucumber into thin strips.
2. Beat the eggs and make thin omelette like a crepe and fold over. Cut into thin strips. Slice tomato into thin round.
3. Mix ginger, sesame paste, sesame, soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and water together and stir it well.
4. Boil noodle and cool with cold water and toss with a bit of sesame oil.
5. Arrange noodle and okura, bean sprout, cucumber, ham, egg, and tomato then pour sesame sauce and enjoy!
