Chan Cahn Yaki

Ingredients: For 4 servings
4 pcs Salmon Fillet
0.5 lb. Cabbage
1/2 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Papper
1/2 Carrot
3-4 Green Onion
0.25 lb. White Miso
1 tbsp. Sugar
4 tbsp. Sake
2.5 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper as needed


1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of salmon. Cut vegetables into bite-size portions.
2. Put white miso, sugar, sake in a pot and stir it until smooth and creamy on low heat.
3. Put olive oil in a preheated pan and grill a salmon from the skin side.
4. Add vegetables and sauté them.
5. Add sauce (Step 2) and cover the pan, then steam it on low heat.
6. When it cooked, add butter on the salmon and give a savor.
7. Crumble the salmon and mix with vegetables.
