Job Description
  1. Processes invoices into computer system.
  2. Processes payments.
  3. Ensures that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services.
  4. Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, stores and others regarding purchases and invoices.
  1. Performs clerical duties such as receiving incoming calls and delivery, forwarding mails and faxes to applicable departments, and Other related duties as assigned
Wage DOE
Hours 8am – 5pm  Monday through Friday
Requirements College degree in related field required
