Bara-zushi w/ Salmon

Ingredients: For 4 servings
2 cups Rice
2 fillet lightly salted Salmon
1 pack Sprouts
1.5 oz. dried young Sardines
3 oz. cooked Bamboo Shoot
2 Egg (Sugar: 2 tbs.)
1 tbs. Sugar
2 tbs. Soy Sauce
1 tbs. White Sesame
5 tbs. Sushi Vinegar


1. Rinse rice in water and cook with white sesame.
2. After cooked rice, add sushi vinegar and dried young sardines and mix well.
3. Grill salmon and remove all bones and skins, crumble it.
4. Beat the two eggs mix in the sugar, and make scrambled egg.
5. Slice bamboo shoot thin, sauté with sugar and soy sauce.
6. Serve rice in a shallow bowl, put salmon, bamboo soot, scrambled egg, and sprouts then enjoy!!
