Spring Rolls with Spring Cabbage

Ingredients: For 4 servings
7 oz. Spring cabbage
1 can Canned tuna
1/3 Carrot
2 oz. Cottage cheese
6 pcs. Spring Roll Skin
2 tsp. Salt
Pepper as needed
beaten Egg as needed
Oil as needed


1. Cut spring cabbage and carrot into thin strips, and sprinkle salt and allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then drain off the excess water.
2. Add canned tuna and cottage cheese into (Step. 1), and pepper to taste.
3. Put (Step. 2) on the skin and fold and wrap up then attach end of the skin with beaten egg.
4. Fry with 330F oil until crisp. Cut in half on the cross.
5. Enjoy with your favorite side-vegetables.
