Teriyaki Yellowtail

Buy all these ingredients


Ingredients: For 4 servings
4 pcs. Yellowtail filet
Salt as needed
2 tbs. Cooking Oil
A. 3 tbs. Soy Sauce 3 tbs. Mirin
3 tbs. Sake
1 tbs.+ Sugar
1 tbs. Ginger juice
1 Turnip
1/2 Citron peel
B. 4 tbs. Vinegar
2 tbs. Sugar
1/2 tbs. Salt


1. Sprinkle salt on the yellowtail and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Mix (A.) soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and ginger juice and heating for 3-4 minutes in a microwave.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and browned on both sides.
4. Wipe off excess oil and dress with (Step. 2).
5. Peel turnip and cut in thin half moon. Add chopped leaves and rub with salt then squeeze excess water.
6. Mix (B.) vinegar, sugar, and salt well and pickle turnip in it. Add thin sliced citron peel.
7. Arrange yellowtail and turnip on a plate and enjoy!
