Tomato Risotto

Ingredients: For 4 servings
14 oz. cooked Rice
4 Tomato
2 Bell Pepper
1 (small) Onion
2.8 oz. Bacon
Mozzarella Cheese as needed
1 clove Garlic
Parsley as needed
Salt as needed
14 oz. Milk
14 oz. Water
Olive Oil as needed


1. Cut tomato into cubes, cut bell pepper into 1/4 inch cubes, chop onion and garlic fine pieces, and slice bacon into thin strips.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onion until onion becomes transparent. Then add bacon and sauté together.
3. Add tomato and bell pepper and sauté, then mix with rice, water, milk and salt to taste.
4. Put mozzarella cheese to suit your taste, simmer for 5 minutes over low heat..
5. Sprinkle parsley over the rice and enjoy!.
