Cold Spaghetti with Tomato & Tuna

Ingredients: For 4 servings
11 oz. Spaghetti
1 can Canned Tuna
2 Tomatoes
3.5 oz. Cream Cheese
1 tbs. Caper
4 tbs. grated Onion
4 tbs. Vinegar
4 tbs. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
Parsley as needed


1. Cook spaghetti in enough boiled water with pinch of salt. Cool it down with cold water and drain.
2. Chop parsley and cut tomato into bite-size pieces. Then mix with grated onion, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
3. Cut cream cheese into 0.4” cubes and chop caper coarsely.
4. Mix spaghetti with parsley and tomato (Step. 2) then add tuna, cheese and mix together.
5. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
