Okura & Boiled Egg Coconuts Curry

Ingredients: For 4 servings
15 pcs. Okura
4 Eggs
4 tsp. Cake Flours
4 tbs. Curry Powder
2 tbs. Cooking Oil
3 cups Coconuts Milk
2/3 cup Tomato puree
1 tsp. Salt
2 cloves Garlic
Ginger as needed


1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes and peel off the eggshells.
2. Rinse okura and cut 0.2” pieces.
3. Grate garlic and ginger and mix with coconuts milk, tomato puree, and salt.
4. Heat cooking oil, stir-fry cake flour and curry powder over medium heat until it is aromatic. Then add okura and soup (Step 3.).
5. After boiled, add boiled egg and simmer for 10 minutes.
