Tako Mayo (Octopus tossed with Mayonnaise)

Ingredients: For 4 servings
10 oz. boiled Octopus
6 pcs. Asparagus
1/2 Red Pepper
2 Egg white
4 tbs. Starch
Salt & Pepper as needed
6 tbs. Mayonnaise
Soy sauce as needed
2 tsp. Sugar
Mustard as needed
Parsley as needed
Cooking oil as needed


1. Cut octopus into bite-size pieces and dust with salt & pepper.
2. Cut asparagus into 2” portions and red pepper into thin strips.
3. Mix up egg white and starch well.
4. Stir-fry asparagus, red pepper and take out from a pan.
5. Heat cooking oil. Dip octopus into batter (Step. 3) and fry to a crisp.
6. Toss octopus with well-mixed mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar and mustard.
7. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
