Simmered Clam and Spring Cabbage

Ingredients

Ingredients: For 4 servings
0.5 lb. Shelled Clams
1/2 Spring Cabbage
4 tbs. Shirotamari or Shirodashi
2/3 cup Water
1/4 cup White Wine
chopped Parsley as needed

Preparation

1. Scrub clams and cut cabbage coarsely.
2. Put clams, cabbage, water, shirotamari, white wine a pan, cook over medium heat.
3. When shells pop open, they are ready to eat.
4. Garnish chopped parsley and enjoy!
